Individual Private Lessons

Book either a single private or a series.

Privates are a great way to focus on your unique goals and interests.

There are many reasons why individuals become interested in taking privates, from specific pain points to general curiosity to simply feel and move better.

Check out the different coaching pathways below, or let us know if it’s more specific.

You can also make this a small group private if other share similar goals.

    — confidence in joining a public class

    — vibrancy + sense of fulfillment

    — stress relief + sharpen your mind

  • The key to a healthy practice is having a strong foundation, and most the time this area is skipped—stunting your yoga practice tremendously.

In this series with Chase, you’ll explore how you're placing + transitioning the body into poses, you’ll discover what balanced joint space means, and how to use the breath in shape + flow.

Through this work in precision you’ll uncover habitual holding patterns that cause both structural and energetic misalignments that go unnoticed in both body and breath.

    Benefits:

    —refine and strengthen your practice

    —increase your bodies awareness

—create more curiosities in the practice and body
