During this meditative yin class, you'll focus attention inward as you practice long, deep posture holds low to the floor. This class welcomes all levels of experience, with options for choosing more restful or deeper variations using props and pose variations. The majority of the class will be dedicated to finding deep openings, but towards the end, shift into a full-body meditative state for a restorative rest.
